Participants will be provided an overview of the new USDA NRCS Soil Health Division and how it will function to leverage partnerships, ensure science-based conservation planning, evaluate economic outcomes, and quantify soil health benefits.

With the increasing interest in soil health by farmers, ranchers, and landowners across the country, USDA NRCS has responded by creating a Soil Health Division. The new Division, staffed by soil health experts located strategically across the country, will provide direct training and technical assistance. Goals of the new Division focus on soil health training, assessment, planning, and implementation. This webinar will provide an overview of the purpose of the new Division and how it will function to provide direct assistance to NRCS field staff, landowners, and others seeking to improve the health of their soils.

This webinar is presented by the USDA NRCS Soil Health Division.
